Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Always a big concern when you find asbestos. But Dave and his team were highly professional and had everything ready when asked. SWMS, Licenses etc. You could see by the way they worked. Also, when the hygienist comes off site with you and say "Perfect", that's when you know it's a job well done. Thanks Dave

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dave and the team at Irwin Asbestos Management were awesome. Super professional, easy to talk to, and just got the job done without any fuss. They explained everything clearly, showed up when they said they would, and left the place cleaner than they found it.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I reached out to Dave for asbestos removal which we found during renovations on a newly acquired property. Dave and his team are absolutely fantastic. His team were punctual and highly professional. I requested some additional asbestos removal on the day, and they were more than happy to accommodate and add it to the scope of works. After the removal, I walked through the property and was blown away with how clean they left the property. I have zero suggestions or recommendations... their service is perfect as it is. I wish more trade companies had the same level of professionalism as they do. I'll definitely be back to use their services in the future!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Dave and his team were recommended to me after our first asbestos removal contractor ghosted us. Dave communicated promptly and transparently in the leadup.

The Irwin team do a great job on site. They worked extremely neatly and completed the asbestos removal exactly as planned.

There was one hiccup where removing some sheeting caused some unintended damage to an adjacent area. This was totally not the team's fault as it only occurred due to corner cutting done by some previous owner. However, Dave called me to explain the situation and we made a plan to complete the job.

I'm very glad to have found Dave and the Irwin Asbestos team, and would heartily recommend them to others.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We used Dave and his team for Asbestos removal of an old shed on our property. They were excellent and very professional.
As a result we had them back to do the internal walls of the house without even considering any other firms.
Can highly recommend Dave and his workers

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We have a granny flat that needs new flooring after the floods and we had to take up the old asbestos tiles because they had warped.

Naturally we got a few quotes done from a few reputable places, and ended up using Irwin for the job.

Dave was fantastic from the initial contact, even got back to us a few times while he was on holidays.

Brendan got the job done in a few hours, and was on time.

Job sorted with no fuss, for a very reasonable price compared to the competition, highly recommended.

Obviously asbestos sucks, especially when it's a surprise find like it was for us (we thought vinyl tiles) but we would definitely use Irwin again if we find any more of it.
